Wingéd Monkeys is an open communal collaboration here in Hudson that began with the spontaneous readings of great works events on February 25th. We had an epic experience reading the play Ondine with 27 of the 40 audience members reading cold in a triumphant celebration of the magic of flying by the seat of your pants. Then we had a beautiful show with five ten-minute plays interspersed with live music on May 9th and 10th that was filled to the brim with our incredibly generous and lovely community! It was a huge success in joyful creative connection.

These events endeavor to offer less production-heavy theater that can bring independent artists and theater lovers together more often in this cozy beautiful space. We strive for theater that is accessible on every level to everybody.
