Basic Pilates Flow is a movement-based class inspired by Studio Anya Pilates mat method and Reflections Corrective Yoga. The hour class will include seated meditation, core-strengthening exercises, standing poses, seated poses, breath-work, and guided relaxation. It is open to all levels and encourages people to accept and honor the present moment with conscious breath and mindful movement.
