The practice of art is shaped through different levels of depth in personal work, in this way art allows its use as:
Expressive arts, whose purpose is to communicate, express, say, manifest, etc.
Art Psychotherapy Dreams in Psychoanalysis. The Archangel art of José SolEda, these images and the process of manifesting them as a fundamental part of the process of analysis and psychoanalytic personal work through dreams.
In this way, art therapy links two major areas that are Psychology and the Arts, taking from the first the knowledge of the human mind, its processes and development and the arts the creative process, materials and techniques, as well as its history.
Physical, Mental or Spiritual has a great implicit purpose.
