CHARM presents... the "Soft Serve" Ball!
We invite you to join us for an LGBTQ+ kiki filled with radical self love, pleasure, indulgence & joy! RSVP as a spectator, or sign up to compete in ballroom categories for CASH PRIZES!
Beginners & first-timers welcome! You may sign up for multiple categories!
CATEGORIES (Definitions to follow):
- FQ Sundress Runway - Strut your stuff in your best sundress to impress the judges with your walk, style, grace, and flair!
- BQ Grill Master Realness - Create a classic summer look with your best "grill dad" outfit (with props!) and you'll be judged on how "real" you look!
- OTA Fresh Faces - When summer heat waves call for no makeup and a fresh face, show the judges that your face card NEVER declines!
- OTA Baby Vogue - For beginner voguers who want to show off their skills using all the elements - catwalk, duckwalk, hand performance, floor performance, and spins & dips!
- Big Girl Beach Bodies - Exclusively for women 250lbs or more - Show the judges your fabulous beach body and strut in pride!
- BQ Lifeguard Realness - Is someone drowning? Make the audience drench with a realistic lifeguard fit and look to die for!
- FF Water Slide Sex Siren - Make us melt! Give us your hottest performance to Janelle Monae's "Water Slide", and show us how you embody "The Age of Pleasure"!
- MF Hoochie Daddy SZN - Short shorts and vacation button ups are back in! Calling all male sex symbols to the runway to show them off!
- Best Dressed Spectator - Who is the best dressed member in the audience? Show up and show out, and you'll get a prize too!
DEFINITIONS:
- BUTCH QUEEN (BQ) - A gay/bi/same-gender-loving cisgender men
- FEMME QUEEN (FQ) - A trans and femme-presenting woman
- FEMALE FIGURE (FF) - trans women, cis women, and drag queens
- MALE FIGURE (MF) - Butch queens (see above), butch women, drag kings, and trans men
- OTA - Open to all genders/sexualities

All guests are encouraged to arrive in their BEST summer fashion! Pastel ice cream colors highly recommended!
