COMBO DAGUERRE is new project by Olivier Conan (Chicha LIbre, Las Rubias del Norte, Roots of Chicha).
After dealing in mostly new tropical styles for over a decade, with the psychedelic sounds of Chicha Libre in particular, Olivier gives in and puts on his French Face to workshop a new repertoire of mostly original compostions tackling misplaced nostalgia, the old country, death - and the mirage of the good old days.
Think of it as a corroded black and white Daguerrotype soundscape.
Debut album to be released early 2924
