Bringing Ecstatic Movement to North Jersey!
Join us for our inaugural event at Urban Sadhu, a beautiful studio in Jersey City.
The event will begin with a guided movement class, followed by a freeform Ecstatic Dance, ending with a closing sound meditation + closing circle.
Joy Okoye will open the gathering by leading us in some exercises in JourneyDance.
Ecstatic Dance with resident Dance Lab DJ Omar Aena.
Closing Sound Meditation with founder of Urban Sadhu Austin Sanderson.
◘ This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!
