Dance Lab is back for our annual Summer Beach gathering at Far Rockaway Beach!
Join us on Saturday July 15th as we dance in the sand, alongside the vast ocean and among new + familiar friends in the community. All are welcome.
➢ We'll begin with a warmup class in Capoeira Angola with Edwin Zepeda.
➢ To follow, we'll have an Ecstatic Dance with DJ's Keena Maya Omar Aena. Wireless headphones will be provided for the Ecstatic Dance.
➢ & then to close, we'll have a Sound Meditation with Haleh Liza Gafori.
➢ Tickets are $25 in advance / $30 day of. Because we have a limited number of headsets, we suggest you buy your ticket in advance.

➢ Suggested transportation options:
- Driving: there is lots of free parking right next to the entrance of the beach
- Subway is one block away (A train towards Far Rockaway-Mott Av to Beach 36 Street Edgemere)
- The NYC Ferry from Wall Street or Sunset Park to Rockaway followed by the FREE ferry shuttle to Beach 35th,
- Ride your Bike!
