COME JOIN US for our next Ecstatic Dance in the Heart of Nyack!
WE INVITE YOU to arrive at 6:30 for a little mixing and mingling.
Then at 7:00, Trinity will guide us through a fun, transformational and improvisational dance experience. This lightly facilitated dance will take you into higher states of love, connection and playfulness. Dancers will be inspired by creative, lightly guided, improvisational dance rituals. These dance rituals will empower you to expand your creativity and release your inhibitions- supporting you to dance wild, free and playful like a child.
Then at 8:00 our resident DJ, Morgana, will lay down the beat and curate our evening soundtrack allowing us to channel our inner creative spark and express ourselves freely in our two-hour Ecstatic Dance Journey.
At 10, Lisa will gently guide us back into our bodies after our ecstatic dance journey, giving our bodies and spirits the space to recover and re-ground. She is a trained vocalist and certified sound practitioner with a passion for creating transformative experiences through sound. Then at 10:30 we will conclude the evening with our closing circle.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
1. Comfortable and loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and free yourself
2. A water bottle or container to refill it at the venue
3. Your Instruments! (percussion, hand drums, etc.)
4. Good vibes and an open heart and mind
ECSTATIC DANCE NYACK GUIDLINES
1. This is a Drug-Free AND Alcohol-Free event. Be here and be clear.
2. No cellphones/talking on the dancefloor. Speak with your movement.
3. No shoes on the dancefloor. Socks, barefoot or special indoor-only shoes allowed.
4. This is a consensual dance and safe-space, free of judgement. If you feel the call to separate from dancing with someone, always remember: "If you must depart, prayer hands to heart!" 🙏🏼💖
5. Allow your body the freedom to move however you wish!

We are creating an altar for this event and all dances going forward, and invite you to bring an item to add to it if you are so moved. One of nature's gifts is always welcome, but anything that has special meaning to you would be lovely.
