Indian Dance and Music from Maryland

This Chhandayan Baithak Concert will feature Indian dance and music mostly from Maryland. It will be a presentation by the Maryland chapter of Chhandayan. The dancers for this concert from Maryland are Ms. Jishna Ganguly, Ms. Aditi Bhattacharya and Ms. Arpita Rakshit Sabud, It will also feature two talents from India, who are being supported by Chhandayan. We regret to announce that the originally scheduled musicians for the concert sitar player Sibasish Laha and his tabla accompanist Debu Nayak are taking precautionary measures to avoid the spread of Covid-19. Hence, they will not be able to perform in this concert. In stead, you will get to hear some scintillating music from a past event held in Maryland. Let it be a surprise!
