As we walk through the Portal of Time into a New Era together, let's take it deeper and higher through the practice of Yoga!
Winter Solstice is the darkest time of the year. And this year, we have the incredible "Bright Star" which is the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius, heralding the arrival of the Age of Aquarius!
We'll be focusing on both Alignment and Flow, creating Sacred Geometry through our asana practice that opens all our chakras, the subtle energy centers.
