Ecstatic Dance East End - May

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, guided by an embodied DJ who intuitively weaves sound to support personal expression and collective connection. Within a safe and sacred space, dancers are invited to explore their unique rhythms while attuning to a shared, universal energy.
Participants are encouraged to let go of expectations & judgment, and embrace an open heart and curious spirit.

We Follow 4 Simple Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

We dance barefoot to connect more fully to the ground.
We dance without words to make it easier to enter a meditative state.
We dance as we are, no intoxicated states of any kind.
We dance without cameras & phones in hand.

SCHEDULE:
We invite you to arrive with plenty of time to park, check in, and take in the beauty of the property. Give yourself the space to settle in and connect before we begin.
 Our circle will open promptly at 6:45 PM, and all elements of the experience are designed to help you relax, ground yourself, and move freely. We kindly ask that you arrive and settle in before we open circle, so you can fully step into this sacred space of expression and connection.

Additional notes about Arriving at Breeze Hill Farm:
Drive through the main gate and go left and then right to park in the orchard. Please do not park on the street or in the front at the market. These parking spots are reserved for accessible needs and employees of the Farm.

DJ SPASIBA - SPINS A WORLD OF SOUND

SPASIBA (Katya Stepanov) is a Belarusian- Jewish-American DJ, artist, entrepreneur, creator & oracle based in Brooklyn, NY. SPASIBA (spa-sí-ba): a blessing in Belarusian meaning “thank you”.

As a former pro-latin ballroom dancer, her sound reflects a twist of Latin beats and soaring melodies. Her vibe weaves together Afro & Latin house, techno, D&B, jungle rhythm, disco, and trance with mystic soul layered in poetry and live vocal improvisation. Her sets are soundtracks to accompany your rhythmic journey through inner & outer worlds. 

She invites us to unleash our unbridled expression, joy & passion on the dance floor.

CLARISSE - SOUND HEALING & CLOSING

Clarisse Khalsa is a Brazilian Sound Healer, Kundalini Yogini passionate about expanding human awareness towards the Spiritual infinite identity. Honored to share her relaxing and calibrating Gong Medicine to wrap the East End Ecstatic Dance on a high note and bring participants to closer to themselves.

MARY TONIC - TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK
Mary’s journey into holistic wellness began in 2006, earning her certifications as a holistic health coach, yogi, reiki healer, priestess, and transformational breathwork facilitator. With a passion for empowering others to harness their innate healing power, Mary uses her wealth of experience to bridge the gap to the unseen realms. She creates sacred space for Inward Adventure Breathwork, guiding others toward higher consciousness. Her journey has blessed her with a rich tapestry of wisdom and insight, forming the essence of her “tonic” and illuminating the path for others on their healing journeys.

STACEY- EMBODIED WARM UP
Stacey is a board certified health & wellness coach, and a pilates & yoga instructor & believes we are born to move. She sees movement as preventative medicine that helps to relieve mental stress & tension and keeps our bodies fluid & pain free. Her goal is to empower others to move freely, feel good in their bodies & experience the effects that movement brings to our broader holistic health. She will lead a warm up that will leave us feeling ready to flow into our Ecstatic Dance journey.

REBECCA - THE FAIRY'S CUP

The Fairy's Cup Elixir Bar, created by Rebecca Antsis, is an All Ages Herbal Elixir Bar inspired by myth & magic. Rebecca is an interdisciplinary Alchemixtress whose life is devoted to the healing & dramatic arts. She melds her backgrounds in theatre, food & beverage and religious/spiritual studies to create prismatically potent, magical experiences. She also has an Immersive Event Design company & is the founder of Ecstatic Dance Long Beach.

LIBBY - ANTIOXIDANTWATER SOURCE
Born and raised on the North Fork, Libby has always been in, on, or around water; our most valuable element, necessary for survival. She believes that aligning with Kangen water three years ago, has been the best health choice she has ever made. Kangen H2O  is alkaline, antioxidant rich, and fights & protects our bodies from oxidative stress. 

Since she filters our water right before ecstatic dance, it is alive; rich with molecular hydrogen. The structure of the water is literally dancing in every glass. The additional hydrogen allows the water to penetrate our cells & tissues exerting its benefits more effectively.
