Cast your mind back to a time a when an NYC apartment cost less than $3000 a month, you could catch a Stokes or Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ show in one weekend, and LiveJournal and Myspace were still a thing.
A world depicted in the new documentary, Meet Me in the Bathroom, based on the book of the same name exploring this time when NYC was the center of an Indie rock revival. Well we are hopping on the nostalgia band wagon, with our Meet Me in the Gloomroom: A 2000s Indie Party, playing hits from the likes of Interpol, Franz Ferdinand, The White Stripes as well as some other post-punk, indie, and brit-pop classics.
