October is the perfect month for the manifestation of your dreams, wants and desires. It is a month of new beginnings and adding layers to what is already existing for you. In certain cultures and communities it's known as the special time when the veil that separates us between worlds is at it's most thin and Spirit activity is more prevalent than any other time of the year.  So it's also a perfect time for us to come together to honor our everyday world, as well as, the worlds of imagination, mystery, and spirit.

In this month's circle we'll be taking a deeper dive into our inner realms with a special mushroom elixir as we come together to entrain rhythmically through rhythm and voice, and share our spirit in celebration of unity and oneness.

In communion with our drums, we'll be exploring our voices for emotional release, expression, liberation, discovery and acceptance.
You'll learn ways to express and accept whatever comes to you and through you.
No experience necessary. Just an openness to explore without judgement.

✅Bring your drum, rattles or any other percussion instruments you have. If you don't own a percussion instrument, we may be able to provide one.
✅Feel free to bring a snack. Drumming makes you huuungry
✅Space is limited so event will be closed after the first 15 ppl register.

Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress. Drumming also promotes the production of endorphins, the body's own morphine-like pain killers, and can thereby help in the control of pain and those suffering grief. Drumming and rhythm is such a powerful tool as it permeates the entire brain, and like deep meditation, brings you into feelings of euphoria, synchronization, and flowing creativity.
