SUPER YAMBA plays the music of MAMADOU MBENGUE

Modou Sarr Mbengue, Modou Tama, brought light and joy to all who had the good fortune to cross paths with him. He was a master of tama, talking drum. His musical abilities were surpassed only by his sense of humor and tremendous heart. He was a devout Muslim and he knew that the world is imperfect and temporary, but that a perfect and eternal life awaits beyond.
He will be missed by all who he left behind.

His bandmates, many of whom made up Super Yamba Band, pay tribute to departed friends.
