NYC Gaita Club - Colombian drummer, clarinetist and composer Martin Vejarano (La Cumbiamba, Cumbia River Band) leads this traditional Colombian music collective dedicated to the gaita - the flute-like instrument from Colombia's Caribbean coast that gave its name to an entire genre - gaita - which is itself the root of cumbia.
