WELCOME TO DANCE BEYOND
—an all-ages festival that goes beyond the ordinary, bringing together Ecstatic Dance communities from across the Northeast for a truly transformative experience. Beyond the dance, we’re creating a village where vendors, healers, artists, and food alchemists can share their gifts with a loving and inspired community.

This year, we’re excited to welcome a select group of vendors to co-create our marketplace: from artisan makers to wellness practitioners and delicious food vendors.

VENDING INCLUDES:
• A 10x10 or 10x20 plot depending on your needs
• 1 or 2 GA tickets included in the booth fee
• Listing on our website + social media feature
• Exposure to hundreds of conscious dancers & seekers
• No % of sales — just a flat fee.
• Early access for setup the day before the event

• Artisan / Healing / Wellness Booth – $400
10x10 to 10x20 plot + 1 GA ticket

• Food / Beverage Booth – $750
10x10 to 10x20 plot + 2 GA tickets

• Shared Artisan Booth – $600
10x20 plot shared by 2 vendors + 2 GA tickets

➕ ADD-ONS

• Electricity – Free if you bring your own cord / $75 if we provide it
• Extra GA Staff Pass – $250
• Placement in Dining Hall – $100
• Discounted Meal Pass – $100 (normally $160)

Our venue for the weekend is Camp Timber Trails: a magical summer camp nestled on 414 acres in the foothills of the Berkshires (just 3 hours from NYC). With open meadows, a beautiful lake, cabins, a tea temple, outdoor stages, and woodland paths, it’s the perfect container for this kind of gathering.
