Please note that Private Showcases will be limited to 20 rooms in operation per night. Completing this form does not guarantee a Private Showcase, and no fees will be charged at this time. Accepted hosts will be notified the week of August 4th, and announced August 15th. A few things to remember:

Private Showcases are held in sleeping rooms on the first floor, just around the corner from the main ballroom where the Formal Showcases happen.
Private Showcases may take place ONLY between 10:30PM and 2:30AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Hosts may curate showcases in any way they see fit and may choose to accept submissions or not.
Private Showcases are ACOUSTIC ONLY, with NO AMPLIFICATION permitted. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for electric basses, guitars, and keyboards.
ALL Private Showcase performers (including accompanists and band members) MUST be registered for the conference.
Private Showcases will be limited to 20 rooms per night, so if you'd like to host for one or more nights, get your application in ASAP.
Host applications close August 1st. Accepted hosts will be notified the week of August 4th and announced on August 15th.
