Join us for Dance Lab in the Hudson Valley at The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY for a deeply transformative evening of ecstatic dance, where movement becomes a form of pure expression!
This is a substance-free, judgement-free, intuitive dance environment for people to move freely, express themselves, and experience dance as a form of meditation, connection, and celebration. DJ Omar Aena will take us on an immersive journey with his soulful beats from mystical music traditions from across the globe. You’ll have the chance to connect deeply into your body, explore the boundaries of your movement, and connect into your creative spirit.
All are welcome! This is a safe and inclusive space where you are free to dance, explore, and connect with yourself and others—no prior experience needed, just come as you are.
