These Friday morning sessions at Tempo offer a welcoming space for everyone—whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. This series will run Friday mornings in April in the upstairs main Concert Hall space.

Explore a gentle, flowing practice that builds strength, mobility, and ease in the body, with options and variations to meet you where you are. Expect a blend of mindful movement, breath work, and moments of stillness to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

This is a free community offering. Donations are encouraged and will go directly to support TEMPO and the beautiful space they're creating. This class is also live streamed for free on Sara's YouTube Channel @yogawithsaratrapani

Sara Trapani is a Hudson Valley–based E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and YouTube creator with over 15 years of experience guiding thousands of students of all levels. She is the founder and former owner of Whole Sky Yoga in Stone Ridge and has taught at institutions including Bard College and Omega Institute.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Sara’s classes blend mindful movement, breath, and strength-building to help students feel more connected, grounded, and at ease in their bodies. She creates an inclusive space where everyone can move at their own pace and feel supported.

Sara also serves as Development Director of the Ashokan Center and lives in Olivebridge, NY with her husband, Ryan, and their four young children.
