Sol Dance opens something. Growth Labs is where it continues to flourish!

A new offering from Sol Emergence, held in collaboration with Emerge Psychotherapy & Healing. Growth Labs is a blend of experiential practice, education, group process, and discussion, spanning the territory of somatic and psychospiritual work inside a community container.

This is a space for insecurity and self-trust. Judgment and compassion. Constriction and aliveness. Disconnection and intimacy. The full range of what moves through you on the dance floor, most of which goes unfinished. Growth Labs gives it somewhere to land: tools and guidance you can take off the floor and into your life, your relationships, your body, your everyday moments.

Together, we’ll explore how to shift from living primarily in the thinking mind into a deeper relationship with the intelligence of the body. Through education, guided experiential practices, and meaningful discussion, you’ll begin to sense yourself more fully, expand your capacity to be present with your experience, and cultivate a more grounded, authentic connection to yourself.

Embodiment is not about becoming someone new—it’s about inhabiting more of who you’ve always been.

No prior experience is necessary.

Open to anyone in our community, near or far. Donations accepted for our first gathering, essentially free. Members will eventually receive exclusive access. Non-members can join future sessions for a small donation.
