Join us for Heart Space — a 28-day Sufi meditation journey aligned with the lunar cycle. Each day, we gather for a 15-minute practice to cultivate presence, remembrance, and connection to the Divine. Through this consistent rhythm, you’ll establish a steady spiritual routine and deepen daily devotion alongside a supportive community of seekers.

Daily guided 'Muraqaba' meditation (15 minutes)

Timing: Each gathering follows a simple rhythm:

Opening Prayer (2 min) — Center in remembrance of the Divine.
Guided Meditation (15 min) — Rest in awareness and presence.
Closing Reflection (3 min) — Pull a card from the 99 Names of Allah Deck to carry a Divine quality into your day.

Registration: We offer a sliding-scale contribution. Please pay what you can afford as this allows for these offerings to be sustained.

Standard: $99 — Helps cover the costs of holding this 28‑day journey and keeps Heart Space accessible to all.
Supporter: $228 — For those who feel called to give at a level that not only sustains your own journey but also helps others participate.

Do I need prior meditation experience?

No. This practice is accessible to all, whether you are new to meditation or experienced. The guidance is simple, heart‑centered, and rooted in love.

How is this different from other meditation practices?
While many forms of meditation focus on breath, body, or emptying the mind, Muraqaba centers on Divine awareness — consciously turning the heart toward the sacred Presence that permeates all things.

We use language such as Divine, Allah, God, and Beloved, while honoring that each participant may choose the name for the transcendent Source that feels authentic for them.

Rather than detachment, this practice invites intimacy — resting in love, remembrance (dhikr), and spiritual connection.

Do I have to attend all 28 days?

We encourage participants to commit as fully as possible, as the daily rhythm is what makes this practice transformative. That said, if you miss a day, you are still welcome to return the next.
