Lila Bloom is a born and raised New Yorker. With a wide range of musical influences from Ella Fitzgerald to Bjork, and Radiohead to Jeff Buckley, Lila explores grief, awe, and surrender through her relationship to nature, her body, and conversations with a higher self. Lila Bloom plays the role of the bard sharing a range of songs from tender lullabies to rage filled war cries dedicated to the wary hearts of those who dare to interrupt generational cycles, refuse complacent living, and reclaim their lives.

Lila has performed her original music at the Perelman Performing Arts Center and has collaborated with artists in China, Mexico, Berlin, and NYC. She was featured as a Top Shelf Artist in NPR's 2026 Tiny Desk contest. She is the lead singer in The Kingston Afro Beat Band and a member of the New York Vocal Collective. She’s planning to release a full length original album by early next year. She will be joined by Steph Clement on trumpet, Jayla Chee on bass, and Ethan Kogan on drums.
