Come join the New York Vocal Collective in our first Community Sing event! We are a brand new pop/jazz/R&B choir led by Grammy Award-Winning arranger and Pentatonix co-creator Ben Bram. This will be a unique opportunity to learn three arrangements from our upcoming Dec 6 concert alongside the members of NYVC. We'll do sectionals and rehearse each song similarly to how we would in our regular rehearsals. We hope to see you there!

WHO CAN SIGN UP?

Anyone who feels comfortable learning these three songs. You don't need to be able to read music as long as you can learn your parts by ear. All ages welcome. Fount Studios is an accessible venue.

LEARNING THE MUSIC

The sheet music and vocal recordings for each part will be sent after you purchase your ticket. The goal is for everyone to arrive with notes and rhythms mostly learned so we can really dig into expression, style, and emotion. But if you don't have time to learn it in advance, we'd still love to see you there! Memorization not necessary.

REASONS TO COME

This is a unique chance for singers of all backgrounds to get a taste of some high-level pop choral music and get to know each other! We'll be having auditions for NYVC in December, so if you're interested, this would be a great way to get a feel for the group and meet some of the members.
