Guided by Nikki Ortiz, this vinyasa flow unfolds alongside live electronic music by Jason Lindner (David Bowie, Now Vs Now), creating a continuously evolving atmosphere. Oscillations is an experience. Blending intentional movement, steady breath, and evolving sound so you can be fully immersed in the practice. The music responds to the energy of the room, supporting a practice that is rhythmic, dynamic, and deeply engaging.

About the experience
This is a 90 min vinyasa yoga experience. Expect an energetic vinyasa flow with an extended savasana.
After class, stay and unwind with tea and a casual hangout so we can connect, reflect, and come down together.
BYOM (Bring your own mat), or practice without a mat in our Marley dance floor.

About the Space
The Hybrid Movement Creative Lab, aka The Lab, is a space for exploration, creation, and the development of works in progress.
