Join us for Reflect & Wander: Empowered Women Mindful Hike Series, a nurturing experience for women (18+) to reconnect with themselves, foster meaningful connections, and embrace the beauty of spring in nature.
Preparing for Spring Outdoor Sessions 🌸 Spring weather can vary, so dressing in layers is recommended.
Clothing:
Comfortable, moisture-wicking layers
Light jacket or sweater for cooler mornings
Hat or sunglasses for sun protection
Comfortable hiking shoes
What to Bring:
Backpack to carry personal items (water, snacks, medications, etc.)
Water and optional snack
Sit pad included
Optional small blanket for extra comfort during reflection/activity
Session Flow:
2–3 mile guided hike at a gentle pace
Sit-down activity for 45–60 minutes each month with mindfulness and reflection exercises
Monthly themes to support personal growth and presence
Session Activities May Include: ✔ Mindful walking ✔ Guided reflection prompts ✔ Grounding practices ✔ Journaling and nature-based activities ✔ Connection and conversation with other women

Note: The May 10th hike falls on Mother’s Day, making it a wonderful opportunity to share the experience with a mother, step-mother, daughter, sister-in-law, aunt, grandmother, or close female friend.
