Join us for Reflect & Wander: Winter Mindful Hike Series, a grounding experience for adults (18+) to reconnect with themselves, build awareness, and embrace the beauty of winter in nature. This co-ed series blends gentle hiking, mindfulness practices, and reflective exercises to help you slow down, recharge, and cultivate presence.
Preparing for Winter Outdoor Sessions ❄️ These sessions have fewer stops to stay warm. Location may change due to weather as we follow state park guidelines.
🌬️ Clothing:
Dress in warm, moisture-wicking layers
Avoid cotton (it stays cold/damp)
Insulated gloves + warm hat
🧤 Footwear:
Waterproof hiking shoes/boots
Microspikes when trails are icy
Wool socks for warmth + comfort
☀️ What to Bring:
Backpack to carry personal items (water, snacks, medications, etc.)
Warm drink (tea/coffee)
Water (yes, even in winter)
Tissues, hand warmers if needed

Session Details: ✔ 2.5-mile guided hike (casual to moderate pace to stay warm) ✔ Mindfulness practices and reflection prompts ✔ Connection and conversation with like-minded adults ✔ Sit pad included (for bundles: provided once) ✔ Digital Mindfulness Photobook included (for bundles: provided once)
