Samara Joy is a 25-year-old jazz singer from the Bronx who has won five Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist. Known for her smooth voice, she gained fame after winning a major vocal competition and releasing her debut album, "Linger Awhile", in 2022. She also released a holiday EP in 2023 and won an NAACP Image Award for her album "Portrait" in 2024, showcasing her talent and connection to jazz traditions.
