Ashton G's unique style embodies Caribbean/R&B/Indian Music.
Born into a family of musicians of Guyanese-heritage, Ashton found inspiration early while watching his father Rick Ramdehal perform. By 9, he began writing/composing his own music. At 8, he began studying Indian-Classical-Music with Payal & Kinnar Seen.

Ashton holds a Degree in Music Business/Vocal Performance. Here, he studied with Vocal-Instructor, Dr. William Riley (who has coached artists such as Stevie Wonder, Usher, and Celine Dion), becoming versed in Jazz, Pop/R&B, and Western-Classical.

SadhanaRTS is an organization cultivated and geared toward creating inspiration for young up and coming artists of our indo carribean community and young artists at large through the medium of the indian classical genre.

Thus it is with great purpose, we present “SādhanaRTS”, an offering that embodies disciplined practice, devotion, and perseverance—qualities essential to both the music and the culture we seek to preserve. In the context of Indian Classical Music, SādhanaRTS refers to the rigorous, lifelong practice and dedication required to attain excellence and deep understanding of the art form. "RTS" stands for "Rhythm, Tradition, and Soul," and when combined, they form "Sadhana Arts"—a representation not only of technical skill but also of a spiritual connection to music that transcends time.
