About the event
Somatic breathwork is a journey inward.
You will use your breath to activate your sympathetic nervous system. Allowing any stress or unresolved emotional processes that have been stored in your body to release. Creating space in your body and being. You will then activate the parasympathetic nervous system and breathe in purpose, love and gratitude. This is a powerful journey that can help you process difficult emotions, gain clarity and direction. And most exciting of all you are driving the bus of this profound experience.
Chava will create and hold a safe nurturing space for you to be the fullest expression of who you are.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL.

A few things to keep in mind and what to bring along.
1) Eat an hour or two before the session, this way you won’t be breathing on a full stomach nor hungry when we begin.
2) Loose/comfortable clothing ( layers are a great way as your body temperature may change through the session)
3) A journal and pen to jot down thoughts and feelings post session (optional)
4) Water Bottle
5) Come with curiosity. Everyone's experience is different. Allow yourself to drop in as deep as you can and let that be perfect for you.

Schedule:
8:00 - 8:10 - arrive, get settled
8:10 - 8:20 - intro to somatic breathwork/intention setting
8:20 - 9:20 - breathwork
9:20 - 9:30 - integration/ optional sharing/closing

Please arrange to be at the location on time. The doors will be locked at 8:10.

Facilitator Bio:
Chava Rabinowitz is certified life/relationship coach and somatic breathwork practitioner. She leads creative expression workshops that are designed to open up your creativity and give you a chance to explore within. She leads meditations in her hometown of Atlantic Beach, helping people develop a deeper relationship with self. She believes we are beings of connection and therefore- not meant to do the work alone. We all need many tools in our tool box for life. BREATHWORK is one that touched Chava's life in a profound way, and she is now devoted to bringing this work to you and your life. Create space in your body and being so you can invite in who and how you want to be.
