Mel (she/her) has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in NYC since 2016. She blends her experience across movement modalities, like strength training, resistance stretching, somatics, with deep knowledge of wisdom traditions, like Tibetan buddhist meditation and yogic philosophy. Her classes are exploratory, creative, and will leave you understanding more about your body and mind.
