Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have postponed Christine Lavin's appearance at the Hurdy Gurdy at the Fair Lawn Community Center to May 7, 2022 - BUT - Christine will be presenting a FREE ONLINE CONCERT followed by a commemoration for 9/11 - a reflection on the 20 years since September 11, 2001.
The online event will begin at 7pm ET on Saturday September 11th. Christine Lavin will begin the evening with a virtual concert, and upon the conclusion of her set we will present A Concert of Remembrance/Hope/Community to reflect on 20 years since 9/11 -- Artists will include Tom Chapin, Kate Taylor, Robin Batteau, Crys Matthews, Don White, Kemp Harris, Daniel Cainer, Kyle Hancharick, Carol Crittenden, Judy Kass, Tom Toce and more to be added!
We regret not being able to gather in person, but the safety and comfort of our audience, staff and performers is our first priority. We hope you will join us for this outstanding free event, although there will be a tip jar for folks to help support these extraordinary artists who are also hurting during this crisis.
