This 40 min individual class is for children from 7 to 12 yr olds. Students learn the raags in vocal and sitar. This allows the young learner to establish a strong basis of the music while slowly learning the complex techniques of sitar playing.
Basics of the Indian classical music are introduced with the Raag and the Taal (compositions set to a rhythmic cycle).
