Sam & Emma are a folk duo based in Brooklyn. Drawing on old-time sources and contemporary Americana, they make music that is by turns lively and joyful, and impressionistic and meditative. Beyond this duo, Sam (Dembling) is an editor and writer, and Emma (Orme) is a theater and film producer.
