About the Pine Leaf Boys:

Louisiana's finest, world-renowned Pine Leaf Boys have made a name for presenting their own inimitable brand of Louisiana music with youthful exuberance, blending the sounds of Cajun, Zydeco, Swamp-Pop, Country, and Soul.

What began as a group of friends getting kicked off campus for busking on the college campus in Lafayette in 2004, the "Pine Leaf Boys" has become one of the best known Cajun/Zydeco bands today, garnering one Grammy to leader, Wilson Savoy, and 4 Grammy noms to the band, as well as six invitations from the U.S. State Department to present their music to 23 countries throughout Europe and Asia.

New York Times described the boys’ music as “the link that connects the young and the old generations,” and Rolling Stone Magazine quoted, “the best new, energetic, and fun Cajun band in a very long time.”
