Akshay Naresh is a classically trained Bansuri flutist. He has been trained both in North Indian and South Indian flute. He learnt under Yogi Surgit and Prasad Bandarkar in the Bay Area and trained under Sri Shashank for Carnatic flute. Outside of classical performances he also produces for light music, hip hop, and jazz. Outside of his musical interests Akshay is a trained psychologist and tries to apply music and his lessons from music into his practice and his career.
