DEADLINE TO APPLY - MAY 11th

During the annual conference held by NERFA, we offer a juried submission process, for our 2 nights of Formal Showcases (the evenings of Friday November 13th and Saturday November 14th), a platform for talented artists to showcase their abilities. We have a panel of five judges, each with significant experience in music curation, whose objective is to identify gifted artists and match them with the finest opportunities we have available in our Formal Showcases.

Applicants will be asked to:

Provide a link to a LIVE performance video. The video must be the configuration (band or solo) you intend to perform with should you be chosen. This performance could be a live streamed performance or in-venue show. We recommend videos should be approximately 7 to 10 minutes, preferably uninterrupted and should be less than 24 months old.
Provide a link to a bio and your website
Answer questions including:

Describe your music
Explain why this is the right time for you to showcase

Judges will base their decisions on the above and on your songwriting and/or arrangements, performance, and musicality.

NOTE - If you were selected for a NERFA Formal Showcase in the last three years (2023, 2024, &2025) you are not eligible for a Formal Showcase in 2026. Formal showcase artists from years prior may apply again.
