Join us for a very special Dance Lab gathering at the Green Gym in Brooklyn.
We'll start with a guided movement class in 5Rhythms with guest teacher Henya Emmer . This will be followed by an Ecstatic Dance DJ set with Edwin Z from RebootNYC. To close, Sivan Arbel will offer a sound meditation.
This will be a safe and inclusive space, welcoming people from all walks of life to freely express themselves through movement. No prior dance experience is required, just come as you are!

7:30PM: Doors Open
8PM-9:15PM: 5Rhythms workshop with Henya Emmer
9:15-10:30PM: Ecstatic Dance with Edwin Soncraft
10:30-11: Sound Meditation + Closing Circle
Tickets are $25/$30 the day of. We suggest getting your ticket in advance to secure your spot.
