LIQUID BLOOM
Liquid Bloom is a collaborative music project spearheaded by producer Amani Friend of Desert Dwellers. The project blends downtempo, ambient, world, and psychedelic elements to create a mesmerizing sound that is both meditative and energizing.

Liquid Bloom has worked with artists from around the world such as Poranguí, Deya Dova, and Mose, drawing inspiration from nature and the power of music to heal and inspire. The project's unique and uplifting sound has gained a dedicated following internationally, and is a must-see for fans of electronic and world music alike.

Whether performing live or in the studio, Liquid Bloom strives to create a sonic prayer for healing and transformation, infusing each track with magic and wonder. With a unique blend of world music and electronic elements, Liquid Bloom is a pioneering force and continues to push the boundaries of what is possible with sound.

SAVEJ
Born and raised in the Honey Island Swamp of Louisiana, Savej [pron. savage] is known around the globe for his unique and captivating “Ancient Future” sound. His integration of ancestral medicine music, organic soundscapes, and exotic world instruments with groovy tribal rhythms and Louisiana flavor effectively bridges the gap between cultures and the Ages of time.

Savej's live experience is designed to be a celebratory sonic ceremony, a remembrance of who and what we are as human beings, and a reflection of the primordial essence that binds all things -- all while infusing irresistibly danceable grooves and heavy-hitting bass.

He has performed at some of the most sought after stages and festivals, ranging from the legendary Luna Stage at Envision Festival in Costa Rica to the Portal Stage at Area 15 in Las Vegas.

JOHNNY BUFFALO
Johnny Buffalo combines rock guitar riffs, influenced by classic rock and metal, with heavy bass and downtempo grooves influenced by his beatboxing path, and a beautiful melodic side reflective of his classical background, Johnny creates a truly unique sound. And what’s crazy is… all of this is performed live! During his performances, Johnny bounces from solo beatboxing, to looping guitar, beatbox, and keys, to full blown production, playing instruments live the entire time. It is a truly unique performance experience.

== A NOTE ON PRICING, ACCESSIBILITY & REFUNDS ==

Our finances work differently than other venues. We are an intimate, independent and non-alcoholic venue, which means we have to charge more for tickets to make our numbers work.

We love producing shows for the community -- and it's financially risky. We value both accessibility for the community and paying our artists & crew what they ask, while caring for the land as well. It's a continuous balancing act.

==> Low on cash?
If you’d like to join us but are low on cash, please email us at hawkandhawthorne@gmail.com & let us know what you CAN offer. We have a limited number of discounted spots available for those who need them, including BIPOC & economically disadvantaged groups.

==> Can you support?
Conversely, if you are in abundance & can offer extra, there is an optional "GRATUITY" on the ticket page. A $5 tip is automatically added but can be adjusted up, down or removed. Tips are shared equally amongst the crew. Thank you for helping make this dream work!

==> Financial Transparency
We know coming to our shows is an investment, of both your time and money.  Here is a rough breakdown of where your money goes when you buy a ticket.

Of your $65:
$30 goes to pay artists
$16 goes to pay our community crew
$16 goes the venue
$3 covers venue utilities & maintenance

==> REFUNDS & RESALE: Refunds are not available. If you wish to re-sell, we recommend using the Facebook event page associated with this show. The Hawk also moderates a Telegram group. If you are buying tickets from people online, *please check with us first* to make sure they are genuine. Ticket scammers are becoming increasingly common on social platforms. We will not refund a ticket if you are scammed!
