A Sound Bath for the In-Between. A non-verbal sanctuary of sound and silence.
Between Yom HaZikaron (Israeli Memorial Day) and Yom Ha'atzma'ut (Israeli Independence Day)— between memory and identity, tension and tenderness, obligation and rupture — we gather not to explain, debate, or resolve…
but simply to feel.
This is a sound bath for those who don’t know where to place their pain.
For those holding too many truths at once.
For those whose bodies remember even when the mind is numb.
We’ll rest in the sounds of crystal bowls, layered vocal tones, and frequencies designed to soothe, integrate, and soften.
There will be no speeches.
No slogans.
Just space. Just sound. Just breath.
Come as you are. You do not need to explain.
🕯️ Bring a journal, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel safe.
🌱 All identities, perspectives, and griefs are welcome here.
🔯 If you are someone who refrains from music during the Omer, know that this offering is:
– Not for entertainment,
– Not for celebration,
– But for healing, mourning, and spiritual repair.
(We honor the halachic category of niggunim, and the precedent of music as medicine in times of communal distress.)✨ Facilitated by Miriam Hamisa
