We exist to enable anyone to tap into the positive power of yoga. Our M.A.D. Classes are structured in line with one of 3 main class formats:
(1) MOTIVATE with Mind-Body Connect - a balanced practice focused on alignment to create a steady foundation, build endurance, foster resilience, re-align the body and balance the mind.
(2) ACTIVATE with Fierce Flow - an energetic practice incorporating sequences designed to create heat in the body, build strength and leave you feeling energised and alert.
(3) DIVE IN with Personal Power - a deeply reflective practice drawing on techniques to connect inwardly and tap your potential through tools that focus the mind and foster resilience, mindfulness and presence.
