Anahata (अनाहत) is the heart chakra and it symbolizes love, empathy, selflessness and devotion. Its power and magnitude inspires us to love, be compassionate, altruistic and to accept divine actions. In Anahata one makes decisions (“follows one’s heart”) based on one’s higher self, not the unfulfilled emotions and desires of lower nature. It manifests in compassion which has the power to heal ourselves and others. In our studio and through our practices we connect with our Anahata and learn to act from its power so that all we create and manifest in our life is divine. All of our teachers are supremely passionate about their classes and find great joy in sharing their passion with you. Whether it’s movement, flexibility, or stillness you are seeking, we offer a variety of classes that allow you to go deeper into yourself, creating space for you to reconnect to your truest and purest self. It is through this connection that you will find great peace and awareness. We all have the ability to create the life we desire. Sometimes we just need to stop and listen.
