Join us at Joy Summit 2025 hosted by House of Julienne. Centered around replenishing depleted energy, Joy Summit is an event curated for individuals to experience and implement self care through joy. Through organic interactions, attendees will be reminded of things that bring a smile to their faces, leaving them more fulfilled with improved relation to self and others.
The day is filled with various activities and activations meant to inspire you for days or maybe just a few hours.

Finding Joy Through the Body a Guided Conversation - 12:30 PM

We often think of joy as a mindset or something to strive for--but joy is also something we can feel, deeply--in the body. In this session, you'll learn how the body holds emotions, and why reconnecting with your body can open new pathways to joy.
Through guided somatic practices and reflection in community, you'll leave with tools to feel calmer, more connected, and more open to joy in everyday life.
This will be a 60-minute experiential session blending a short teaching segment with guided somatic practices. No prior experience is needed.

Mindful Movement - 11:30 AM

Is your mind body in alignment? This session experience of connecting the mind and the body through movement to bring awareness and connection. The June Lotus is a supportive space for growth, wellness, and self-discovery – helping you thrive in both life and work.
This will be a 45 minute session offering. Space is limited

Cassandra Grae is an Arizona-born, Brooklyn-based visual artist and dancer. She channels her love of artmaking through youth education as a public school teacher of 9 years, through local community adult classes, and through her own practice making works to be shared and loved globally. She is excited to be facilitating a craft corner at Joy Summit where participants will create an artifact to visually represent and track their personal goals.
