Complete the practice at a time of day that works for you. If you miss a day, that’s okay...this isn’t about perfection, but about progress and presence.

Whether you’re experienced or just beginning, this 28-day challenge is a chance to turn intention into real, embodied experience. The practice honors the Zen principle of beginner’s mind, returning each day without judgment or expectation, simply showing up for yourself.

Join a supportive community, share reflections and build the foundation for habits that last. After 28 days, you’ll have tools to maintain a daily practice, breathe more effectively, and feel more present.

As a participant, you will be added to a private group chat where you'll receive a daily audio with guided meditation, breathwork and a simple prompt on the day’s theme. You choose a time of day that works best for your practice and to return to it consistently, as part of the challenge is making time for yourself and being accountable to yourself. We offer the guidance; you make the space. After completing your practice each day, you'll be encouraged to drop an emoji or single word in the group to mark your completion.

The challenge is offered on a sliding scale. For many, money is a motivator. Commit an amount that will add meaning and support to your practice. Your contribution not only grants access for yourself, but also helps bring these practices to underserved communities who otherwise could not afford a monetary exchange.
