Mandolin II is for someone with a basic grasp of the instrument but wants to dive deeper. We’ll cover more chord shapes, basic theory and how it applies to mandolin and look deeper into musical styles. Students should expect to be introduced to scales, arpeggios and how they fit into chords. By the end of eight weeks you should be comfortable playing progressions in a variety of keys and have expanded your ear to begin improvising
