The Full Moon in Gemini is the closing of a lunar cycle. Energetically, a time of culmination, illumination, & release. The energy is at its peak; themes of communication, the power of thoughts and words, adaptability, and moving beyond duality into paradox will emerge. Such as letting go of old thought paradigms + conditioning that no longer serve you.

This is a powerful time to do the shadow dance and move it into light.

We will be using a powerful methodology, where you will the learning the basics of:

Understanding reflexive action patterns.
Gain agency to choose a new and improved way.
Training emotional management and discerning emotions based on past vs present.
Learning how to separate sensorial bodily presence and emotional reactions so that you can gain pure perception.

Over time, as you deepen the work, you start to understand the benefits much more.

It is a chance to be pulled out of illusion and return to the seat of your own throne: a place where these qualities exist, not from ego, but from the Self that has nothing to prove and simply is.

This is a power transition that supports you in becoming a more coherent, true & authentic version of your Self.
