Nazly Botas has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and received her Yoga Teacher Certification in 2011. She has been a Sivananda Yoga Vedanta student since 2003 - practicing, studying, and teaching in the lineage of Swami Sivananda and his disciple Swami Vishnudevananda. Nazly teaches yoga at various levels from beginner to advanced. She has also taught workshops on meditation, headstands & inversions. Nazly is a certified Reiki healer, plant tincture expert, and an established artist. She has travelled across the world including India, Bali, Brazil, Mexico, and the Bahamas always fascinated by the spiritual paths and energy work across our world's many cultures. Nazly has been a designer of luxury home goods, bespoke furniture, and fine jewelry for over 20 years, having worked with some of the country's most renowned designers. She is Founder of Anahata, a spiritual jewelry company that honors the courage that it takes to live a spiritual life and intentionally pursue the spiritual path.
