Across ancient cultures, this turning point has been honored with rituals of sunlight, joy, and community. We invite you to celebrate this powerful day with us through food, music, mindfulness, and plant-powered connection.

Join us at a beautiful pool club just two minutes from Long Branch Beach for an elevated gathering curated for the Veda Warrior community — a collective of dreamers, seekers, builders, creatives, and changemakers. Our mission is to showcase the rich cultural legacy of Ayurveda in a way that inspires modern wellness and a remembrance of ancient knowledge.

✨ Breathwork, meditation, and intentional gatherings to help you connect with your inner warrior
✨ A digital journey through Ayurveda with a self-guided map through a series of activations designed to help you understand ancient healing wisdom along with practical tips for everyday life
✨ Rich conversations, herbal tonics, and heart-expanding community in a space designed for joy and inspiration

🌿 Schedule
12:00 PM – Poolside Plants, Potions & Small Bites
Enjoy poolside plant-powered mocktails & small bites, featuring seasonal produce and medicinal herbs. Poolside summer vibes curated by DJ Joey Greiner.

2:00 PM – Introduction to Veda Warrior
Founder & CEO Smrita Choubey will share the story, science, and soul behind Veda Warrior, and how we can use the science of sound to supercharge our potential.

2:15 PM – Grounding Meditation & Breathwork
This grounding group meditation and breathwork exercise will help us get into the energy of the solstice, find our own inner clarity and prepare us for the unforgettable sound experience coming next.

2:30 PM – Live Musical Performance
A mesmerizing musical set by Grammy-nominated Camila Celin (sarod), world-renowned Hidayat Husain Khan (sitar), Ehren Hanson (tabla) and Jay Gandhi (bansuri flute), using the ancient art of Raga music to activate a transformative sound healing.

4:00 PM – Mix, Mingle & Beach Walk
Unwind by the pool with an assortment of desserts, celebratory beverages, and high vibes with DJ Joey Greiner.

5:30 PM – Optional Beach Walk
End the day with a 3-minute stroll to the ocean to end your Summer Solstice in nature.

Valid ID confirming you are 21 or older
Bathing suit & towel if you’d like to swim in the pool or visit the beach before or after the event. There are showers onsite.
