ABOUT

Through the use of Tibetan singing bowls, the DeVine Sound Meditation journey moves the brain into deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies, inducing meditative and peaceful states that allow for clarity of mind and intuition. A few singing bowl benefits include improved sleep, a deep sense of tranquility, stress relief, and a way to cope with anxiety, depression, and emotional pain. Meditation can literally rewire the brain through the process scientists call neuroplasticity. Utilizing guided sound enhances these states as well as helps you establish the habits of returning to meditation practice. Nobel prize winner and Biophysicist Erwin Neher found that alpha brain waves are responsible for brain patterns created in a meditative state. Neher found that "the vibrating resonance of Tibetan bowls has been correlated with the generation of an alpha brain-wave state, while ting-Shang, small cymbal-like bells used by Tibetan meditators, have been described as producing the consciousness-altering theta state.” All healing occurs from sonic waves or vibrations, specific frequencies of sound.
