SMS Terms

Viewcy.com Inc. operates the Viewcy text messaging program. These terms apply when you request a verification text or separately choose to receive event access updates or promotional texts from Viewcy. Program availability varies by event and location.

Verification texts

When you enter your phone number and select Send verification code, you request one text containing a code to verify your number or sign in. Each resend requests one additional text. Requesting a code does not subscribe you to event updates or promotions.

Event access updates

When offered, you may select an optional checkbox to receive access-status texts from Viewcy for the specific event you are requesting. Message frequency varies with your access status. This permission does not subscribe you to promotional messages or updates for other events.

Promotional texts

When offered, a separate optional checkbox lets you agree to recurring automated promotional texts from Viewcy about events and offers. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase or event access. Leaving either optional checkbox unchecked does not prevent you from requesting access or purchasing tickets. We do not treat a number supplied by an organizer, an imported contact list, or an invitation as your consent to receive Viewcy promotional texts.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless provider about your plan. Delivery depends on your provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide. Let us know if you change or give up that number.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to a Viewcy text to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Stopping texts also stops verification codes and event access updates from the program; you can use email to sign in. Reply START to the Viewcy number to allow texts again. START alone does not restore previous event-update or marketing subscriptions; those require a new opt-in. For help, reply HELP or email support@viewcy.com. Privacy and organizers

See our Privacy Policy for how we use and protect your information. SMS consent is specific to Viewcy and the purpose you selected. It does not authorize an organizer or another business to send its own marketing texts. Organizers must not use phone numbers or consent collected through this program for their own text marketing or share them for another party's marketing.
