ABOUT
The Anirudh Varma Collective is a contemporary Indian Classical Ensemble, based out of India. The Collective comprises over 150 musicians, film-makers, writers and individuals belonging to the arts community, across 3 countries. The ensemble is an explorative artistic space, based on collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, aimed at creating Indian classical and folk music for a contemporary audience. It comprises musicians and artistes from India, America, and Canada. Since its inception, the Collective has staged more than 500 performances, and has performed at the iconic Jaipur Literature Festival, the Mahindra Kabira Festival, NMACC (Mumbai), and on many more stages across India and abroad. We will be touring the USA in September/October 2023, and would like to explore the possibility of performances - public and house concerts and workshops.
